Candles are made to order. So it will take approximately 3 days to process an order. Refunds are given if a product is damaged in shipping just send a picture of the product either by mail or by e-mail and a refund will be sent to you. If you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly. Orders of 2 days or more can not be cancelled. The order is already being processed.
